Researchers at Columbia University conducted a study that included over 25000 people. They found that people who took fish oil supplements did not have better health than people who did not take these supplements.
The researchers found that people who took fish oil supplements were not less likely to develop heart disease stroke dementia or other chronic health conditions. They also did not observe any difference in bone health among people who took fish oil.
